Public submissions may be reviewed, edited for clarity or length, and displayed on the Garden Oracle website or related project materials.

If the App later integrates third-party services (such as app analytics, payment processors, hosting providers, or embedded media), those services may collect limited technical information according to their own privacy policies.

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

By using the Garden Oracle (“the App”), you agree to the following terms.

The Garden Oracle is a creative, contemplative, and entertainment-based experience. The content within the App — including archetypes, messages, prompts, “truths,” “dares,” side quests, or symbolic guidance — is intended for inspiration, reflection, artistic exploration, and personal contemplation only.

The App does not provide:

• Psychological treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Professional counseling
• Emergency guidance

You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and interpretations while using the App.

Any activities, prompts, or “dares” presented within the App should be approached with common sense, personal judgment, and awareness of your own limitations and circumstances.

You agree not to engage in:

• Illegal activity
• Dangerous behavior
• Trespassing
• Harassment
• Self-harm
• Harm to others
• Reckless acts
• Activities that violate local laws or regulations

If a prompt, dare, or suggestion feels unsafe, inappropriate, or beyond your capabilities, do not do it.

The creators of the Garden Oracle are not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, legal consequences, or other outcomes arising from the use or misuse of the App.

Some content may be emotionally evocative, symbolic, spiritual, or psychologically reflective. The App is not a substitute for mental health care or professional support.

If you are in distress or experiencing a mental health crisis, seek assistance from a qualified professional or emergency service.

By submitting content to the Garden Oracle or “Notes from the Garden,” you confirm that:

• the content is your own or you have permission to share it,
• the content does not violate laws or third-party rights,
• and you grant the Garden Oracle a non-exclusive permission to display, reproduce, edit, and share submitted public content in connection with the project.

Private feedback submitted through designated private fields will not be intentionally published publicly.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion.

All original content within the App — including text, artwork, branding, oracle structures, and designs — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

The creators reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of the Garden Oracle disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App.
